Order Processing & Dispatch
All greeting cards, whether blank or hand stamped, are prepared and dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that during peak periods, slight delays may occur. Please select Express Shipping if your order requires urgent shipping.

If your order is time sensitive, please leave a note in your cart in the "Add a note to your order" section so we can prioritise your order, and we recommend you select Express Shipping when you checkout.

Love Aloha uses Australia Post as our trusted delivery partner. We choose this service for its wide coverage and consistent reliability.

Shipping Costs
We offer a range of shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based upon the weight of your order. Options are provided at checkout applicable to your order and apply per order.

  • $15 Standard Tracked Shipping
  • $20 Express Tracked Shipping
  • Free Tracked Standard Shipping for orders over $75

Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times for untracked and tracked shipping are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected. Express shipping prioritises faster handling within the postal network.

  • Untracked: 3-7+ business days
  • Standard Tracked: 3-7 business days
  • Express Tracked: 1-4 business days

Delays & Responsibility
While we dispatch orders promptly and rely on a reputable national carrier, Love Aloha is not responsible for lost parcels or delays caused by Australia Post or other factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Postal service disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Peak seasonal demand

We recommend selecting a tracked shipping option and Express Shipping if your order is time sensitive, though this still does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post. Please note only orders with tracked shipping can be enquired with Australia Post.
