Thank you for supporting Love Aloha. As our greeting cards are either sold blank or hand-stamped to order, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on any items.

Hand-Stamped Cards and Custom Designs
Greeting cards that are hand-stamped with your chosen message are considered custom made. Each piece is individually stamped by hand and may have slight variations, adding to its unique charm.
As these items are personalised and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom hand stamped cards or custom designs under any circumstances, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. 
Refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be processed to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
For hand stamped (custom made) orders, cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.

Shipping Fees
No refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
