1. What types of greeting cards do you offer?
We offer a wide range of greeting card designs suitable many special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, holidays and more. Each design is designed in house and is unique to us, so you won't find anything like our designs!
2. Can I customise my greeting card?
Yes! You can add a selection of hand stamped messages to your card to make your card unique and one of a kind. Also see our Custom page to create a unique, bespoke design for your next gifting or event occasion.
3. What is the hand stamping add on?
Our hand stamping is a special complimentary finishing touch where we stamp your card with a selected message by hand using high quality inks. It adds a personal touch to your card.
4. What colour options are available for hand stamping?
You can choose from chocolate brown, gold or silver. If no colour is chosen for a selected hand stamped message, chocolate brown will be used.Â
5. Where will the hand stamping appear on the card?
Stamp placement is outlined in each card design's description and is completely optional. Designs with a particular blank area on the front will be hand stamped in this area, whereas a design that has a full front design will be hand stamped on the right inside.Â
6. Is each hand stamped card identical?
Each piece is individually stamped by hand and may have slight variations, adding to its unique charm.
7. How do I select the hand stamping option?
You can select a hand stamped message on each product page and select your preferred ink colour before adding each card to your cart. Please read the descriptions carefully.Â
8. What if I forgot to add hand stamping to my order?
If you forgot to add a hand stamped message to your card or order, send us a message at hello@lovealoha.com.au or fill in the contact form under the Contact Us page.
9. Does the hand stamping add extra time to my order?
No, hand stamping does not add extra time. All orders are dispatched within 3 business days of placing your order.
10. Can I request a custom stamp design?
At this time, we offer a curated selection of stamp designs. If you have a special request, feel free to send us an email.
11. What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
We want you to love your card. Please read our returns policy before you place your order as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on any items.
12. Do you offer bulk orders for events or businesses?
Yes we do! Bulk orders are available and may qualify for a small discount. Send us an email!
13. How should I care for my hand-stamped card?
To keep your card looking its best, avoid moisture and excessive handling of the hand stamped areas, especially for gold and silver metallic inks.
14. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally. Send us an email and we will try our best to accommodate.
